LMV Update: Disallowance Motion

We need your help to stop the Activity Centres & Catchment Areas

We require immediate action by you to prevent the Activity Centre and Catchment Area changes to North Essendon and Niddrie.

Planning Amendment VC257 (enabling the 10 Activity Centres) & VC267 (ResCode changes for Town House & Low Rise 3 story) have been tabled by the Minister for Planning and the only way to stop these changes is by lodging a disallowance motion in the Victorian Upper House.

In the Upper House there are 15 Labour MPs, 14 Liberal/National & 11 Crossbenchers. For the Disallowance Motion to succeed, there needs to be a majority YES vote.

So please call or email our Liberal, National & Crossbench MPs and ask them to vote “Yes" for disallowance of the new planning scheme rules made in documents VC257 and VC267. Every communication regardless of the communication method (email/call/meeting) will have an impact. Recruit your neighbours, family and friends too.!
