Joseph Road Precinct - Victoria's worst example of urban renewal

THE AGE Reporter Sophie Aubrey reports on the Joseph Road Precinct. A development of a dozen high rise apartment towers. Devoid of trees, with tunnelling effects, even areas still waiting for foot paths (in Footscray!!!!!!!). Widely seen as one of the worst examples of development in decades. With the shift of power from residents to developers proposed by the Allen Government, we can expect more of this.
