On 10 April, LMV met with Ben Carroll, Member for Niddrie, to discuss the State Government's Train & Tram Zone Activity Centres Program and what it means for Niddrie and Essendon.
During the meeting, we asked 12 questions seeking greater clarity about the Government's plans. Although we were promised a response within a month, it took 2 months before we received answers.
While we found the responses underwhelming, we encourage you to read them and draw your own conclusions.
